How many times can I enter this program?
You may only enter your unique code one time to register, however you can come back anytime before 2/28/25 to upload and submit your photo of the materials we sent to you on display at your practice.
How many rewards could I receive?
Each practice may receive one (1) offer.
How will I know if I receive a reward?
Once your photo is received and approved, you'll receive an email with details on your gift card within 2-4 weeks.

Where can I find my promotional materials and unique code for registration?
Eligible participants received a gift box containing a unique code and CareCredit promotional materials.
I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.
I'm having trouble entering a code. What should I do?
Make sure you are entering the code exactly as shown. In most cases, this means you would not include spaces and use all lowercase letters where applicable.
I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this program?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each program, we are unable to change registration information. If you need to change your contact information after you submit your photo, contact customercare@m.helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information.
